Let's try this process again...

Good day. He had a few episodes of his O2 sat dropping from time-to-time, but nothing serious. They continue to decrease his vent settings and started him back on caffine today. The plan is to sit this week, wean the vent and give him 3 days of steroids leading up to extubation on Monday.
